We ordered this unit and love it! The online guides on how to assemble it were super easy to follow (I did most of it before my husband got home from work) and the Star Wars graphics are AMAZING! We had one issue with a button not working (couldn’t exit games) but their customer service was awesome and helped us fix the problem. AND, their customer service always responded within 24 hours to emails and went above and beyond to help. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

Stop thinking about it and buy it…$850 to have an arcade cabinet with so many games is a no-brainer. Pretty easy to assemble and I’m not handy. Don’t know how this company isn’t bigger

I would like to take a moment and thank one of the best customer service reps I have ever had. Cortney was with me from my initial chat to get info on the M2P cabinet. Since I live in Canada the ordering process was different yet painless. When the unit arrived about 1 week after ordering I had a couple of problems with 2 damaged boards and the monitor plexiglass had cracked in the top left corner. The packaging did seem sufficient enough to avoid this type of issue but you never know. I reached back out to Cortney via email and sent pictures of the damage, I received a response within a day. She spent time ensuring that all the pieces I needed were correct and I appreciated her professionalism. She even reached out by phone to ensure everything was correct. I did receive everything I requested and the entire unit is complete and in great shape. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an arcade system. To sum it up this has been an excellent experience and everything turned out great. Thank you Cortney.
